Shopping List For Ketosis – Maximize Your Ketogenic Diet

  • Bacon
  • Broccoli
  • Butter
  • Cauliflower
  • Cheddar Cheese
  • Chicken Thighs
  • Coconut Oil
  • Cucumbers
  • Eggs
  • Grass Fed Ground Beef (85/15)
  • Heavy Whipping Cream
  • Macadamia Nuts
  • Mayonnaise
  • MCT Oil
  • Mushrooms
  • Olive Oil
  • Onions (careful with these though, they can be deceptive!)
  • Pili Nuts (you’ll need to buy these online)
  • Ranch
  • Dried Seaweed (as a crunchy snack)
  • Sour Cream
  • Spinach
  • Steak (only a little, it tends to be too lean)
  • Tomatoes
